Re: colonoscopy/colonoscopies????
Good observation, Hanks, about the "bulking effect" of the #2 formula when it's pulling junk off the walls, and the liver duct feeling "closed up". Making sure the colon is clean seems real important to me. The junk can go right back into the bloodstream and we'll be forever getting the liver clean, if we don't get the colon cleaned out properly. It IS a long haul if your colon is a mess to start with. Nobody has really adressed this topic well enough, I think. At least they haven't said a whole lot or posted much about it on this forum.
I feel the "bulking up" in the colon, too, with what I'm, doing. It's the junk coming off as wall as it coming out of the diverticuli. The colon does swell a little, I think, while it's being cleaned out. Because that flexure of the colon is a little up behind the liver in that area, it can be hard to tell if it's colon or I need another liver flush.
With the first colon cleanse, I saw quite a bit of the skin-like stuff after I passed about 10# of the junk. Thought I was done. Nope! Where the very thick pieces of skin were left, especially in the flexure of my colon under the liver, it felt sore and bulky before I did started doing the 3 ingredients.. I knew there was a lot of stuff left, so I started the regimen of the DE, psyllium and #2 formula in the above post. That can get drying. I've done it for a little over 2 weeks, then might have to back off for a while, just do the psyllium for a while, then go back to the 3 ingredients later. Back and forth until it's clean.
I saw black junk, too, and there was way more than I expected left after the first cleanse. The skin-like stuff is under the black junk, so you'll start getting rid of that after you see the black junk go.
I didn't get a headache with colon cleansing, per se. Of course the toxins make you feel a little bad, anyway. What happened to me every time was that I had a hard time waking up after getting rid of any amount of the junk at one time, and slept all day the next day. Strange phenomenon. There is parasympathetic stimulation from the colon, anyway, to other parts of the body.
