Re: colonoscopy/colonoscopies????
I think most people don't realize that one colon cleanse, when they have never done a good one in their lifetime, isn't going to be enough. They may have to leave a 6 month period of time between cleanses. You can always use the LBB in the meantime. I was very surprised to discover I had an awful lot of the black junk left on my colon wall after doing 3.5 rounds of the Schulze bowel cleanser with the first cleanse I did. It's fairly easy to get the junk in the DEscending colon, but the transverse and Ascending are a bit harder to clean out. Especially the flexures may not get cleaned out well enough. Junk gets laid down on the colon walls and then the little herniated pockets form in the colon that are a result of the resulting constipation, us having to eat, then there not being enough room in the colon for food to pass with so much junk on the wall. So the colon makes these little herniations. Junk has to come out of those, too, or there is inflammation that results. That's diverticulitis. Then the herniations have to heal.
You can't get rid of too many toxins at once, so from my experience, I'd say do the first cleanse right with both the Schulze formulas, then do a follow up a few months later. Do the LBB between cleanses. If you are successful with the cleanse, there should be no reason for constipation. I think diet change to include more raw food and fiber is going to keep the clean colon healthy and working right.
