I thought it was especially powerful because it came from a dog, who'd a thought a dog could say I love you?  

Its good that you got out a lot of those emotions with your flush, that alone could be a HUGE benefit!  

You are a beautiful strong woman Teresa, you proved that because you wouldn't let yourself talk yourself outta that flush lol.  Did that make sense to you?  You DID it even when you didn't want to and that tells me you are POWERFUL when you know you've gotta be.
