Thank you both for your valuable insight! I am in the field of thought that supplements have their place and can lead to optimum health because they are naturally derived substances that still retain the same molecular structure as it exists in nature, but I do feel that there are times where they should not be taken, such as a Water Fast (recently formed opinion :) ). I've just stopped my Water Fast and I haven't done my supplements since the day I wrote this, and I feel pretty good. Again, thank you so much for all of your help!!
