Like I said, bacteria from Manufactured probiotics and cultured food do not establish in the GI tract. Quit ingesting them and see what happens. You are back to where you were before you consumed them. Folks who have done their research will know this. I am not trying to make you angry or make you feel hopeless, just stating reality. The Gi tract is home to 4000-5000 different species of bacteria, 10 times more bacteria cells than cells in the entire Human body. Why would you think that manufatured probiotics from the dairy industry could possibly colonize such a hostile environment? They are not the right species of bacteria and certainly in inadequate amounts. There is some hope, and that is HPI, or Human Probiotic Infusion .
