I have to agree with the first part of your post. There are some real problems and that is why we recently ended up having a thread moved to the debate forum.

This isn't easy for any of us. Believe me when I say that most of us (I'll rephrase that and only speak for myself)that taking drugs was the last thing I wanted to do. But after everything I tried, not only failed but made my condition worse, I don't see any other options.

Doctors are usually quite useless when it comes to parasites. Some of these poor people are really suffering and all their tests come back negative, even when they take a whole worm in for analysis. They are being branded as nut cases and treated with total disrespect. Not only are they NOT being treated by the medical profession but their burden is being added to by their doctor's inability to treat them. It really is a desperate situation and desperate people do desperate things.

I have looked and have not found another forum that will help me to find the right meds. If anyone knows of one please tell me.

The second part I have no opinion on because I'm new and wasn't here when it went down.
