Can anyone suggest a proven method for treating strongyloides? I have had 3 rounds of ivermectin and am still very, very sick, burning, itching and substantial unintentional weight loss. Just recently stool studies did not identify parasites of any kind, my pain management doctor agreed to run some blood tests and I was shocked when I tested serum positive for strongyloides, I'm having a difficult time dealing with doctors even though I am serum positive My story is long and complicated but I just need some help, I would appreciate any info you can provide me, doctors in the Los Angeles area, treatment plans, diets.
