Re: Oh thank you I will make the tea now.

Can you provide further details as to what flora and anti-inflammatory herbs are helpful?

Also if you feel you have damaged your throat lining/esophagus due to constant exposure to stomach acid, what can I swallow that will address this directly and speed up the healing process? Right now I bite vitamin e pills & aloe pills then swallow the liquid. I want to know what I can do to address soreness because I'm effected by not being able to sing. I want to heal the throat quickly as possible while also using the other information I've acquired to fix the problem permanently over time. Thanks!
You can use the same anti-inflammatories and slippery elm to make a tea. For example make a mixture of 2 ounces each of licorice root and slippery elm and a half an ounce of yucca root. Add one teaspoon of the mix for each cup and a half of water and boil the mixture covered for 15 minutes then turn off the heat and let the tea steep until cooled. Sip on the mixture throughout the day to reduce the inflammation, soothe the membranes and help with the healing.
If you make the tea you do not need to take these anti-inflammatories separately for the intestines. Sipping the tea throughout the day will also help reduce intestinal inflammation and to build the flora.
