Re: Oh thank you I will make the tea now.
Are you suggesting that there may better ways to deal with leaky gut than oxidizing the entire GI tract...? [smile icon]
Leaky gut is not from a lack of oxygen but rather a lack of flora and inflammation. The flora help to keep pathogens under control including fungal Candida. If the pathogens damage the intestinal lining the lining becomes inflamed. When the tissues become inflamed they leak. So again it is best addressed by increasing the flora and with anti-inflammatory herbs.
Do you happen to know of any signs of oxidation damage that people should be aware of while they are doing oxidation therapy?
It depends on the form of oxidation therapy, how it is being administered, concentration, etc. For example the most common injuries of oxidation therapies are tissue burns, and even ulceration. Ozone therapy can also hemolyze red blood cells if given in too high of a concentration. Peroxide therapy can cause severe nausea and vomiting increasing the risk of aspiration. With any oxidative therapy it is important to study it in depth first so you know what you are doing before starting the therapy because even the safest therapies, such as ozone therapy, have their risks.
