I take tons of probiotics. Plus I just ordered an intense critcal care probiotics powder like 200 billion each serving. I am trying to eat as much probiotic foods as possible, especially those without milk products, soy yogurt, coconut milk kefir, etc.

Plus I just found out about Attune chocolate bars and stocked up on them cause they are on sale at Whole Foods (and even cheaper than listed when purchased by the box of 7). I'm so happy that I found them. I can have a daily sweet with less Sugar than many of the other probiotic foods like the average yogurt and it has 5 times much probiotics as the average yogurt as well. Plus they taste like regular candy bars and are so yummy! YIPPEEE!!!

Also I'm trying to find ways to eat things I normally don't like such as saurkraut marinated in miso in my stir fry. That's tonight's dinner, not sure how it will turn out, but I have high hopes with all the other yummy veggies that will be going in it with little chicken and tempeh.

I know of a lot of probiotic foods as I mentioned above (not the chicken), but I can't find a COMPREHENSIVE PROBIOTIC FOODS LIST, can someone please direct me to one? Oh and if there are probiotic receipes online somewhere please direct me there too, thanks.
