IF#1 Warning While Juicing.....Re: JFBs JFBs JFBs!

Great, we'll all start Monday.

The only problem I had on my juice fast is that I took IF1 on an empty stomach.  I didn't even think about it since juicing is feeding the body nutrients so I took my IF1's and about 10 minutes later my I had horrible pains in my  stomach.  It came on so quickly it was shocking and I finally ended up throwing up. 

I didn't associate it with the IF1 but that night I talked to Uny and she reminded me that it clearly says on the label of the IF1 that it should be taken with a meal, DUH me!  So of course I say I'm not eating any meals lololol!  Uny told me to be sure and take the IF2 immediately after I take the IF1 and that would take care of it.  And guess what?  It DID!  

Don't even wait 5 or 10 minutes between the two! I found out that doesn't work lol.  A couple of days later I was vacuuming when I walked by the IF1 and remembered I had to take it so I did and figured I'd take the IF2 as soon as I finished vacuuming.  Bad idea, before I could finish and it wasn't even 10 minutes later I had the pains and threw up again.  Well, you don't have to hit this ole girl over the head with a brick!  I GOT IT lololololol!!!!    Immediately!!!!

Just wanted to put a warning out there about it. I've never read about that happening to anybody so now its in print!
