Molybdenum is good for getting rid of toxic copper. So is high-dose Zinc. But be careful, both could make you dangerously anemic. That applies more to Zinc, not so much to molybdenum, but still applies nonetheless.
You can avoid anemia by supplementing copper at the same time. But as long as the issue causing the original toxicity is not resolved, all copper you supplement with will just become toxic too. Best to figure out what the root cause is.
Lack of bile flow can cause it. Lecithin, digestive bitters, etc. help with that.
