This is what I have learned about why parasites make people smell.
parasites cause a build up of yeast because they pee out ammonia which kills off the good bacteria in your gut. So if you have parasites, you will definitely have a candida problem and that can make you smell. Some parasites, like Ascaris, cause poor digestion as they prefer undigested food and so emit an enzyme which disrupts digestion. And if you are not digesting your food properly, that can cause body odour.
They also cause an odour because they shit, breed and do all sorts of things that leave a lot of toxins in your system and when that happens and your liver begins to struggle to cope with the toxin overload, your skin will jump in and help get rid of the toxins leading to body odour.
parasites may not be the cause of everybody’s problem but it is worth considering. And like he said, you can take his advice or leave it.
