I understand that he was only trying to help with his post, but take it or leave it doesn't quite work on a forum full of people that are at their wits end. maybe if we were talking about how to effectively clean your carpet or something more trivial than our health problems. many of us are close to losing our minds so you can't just throw something out there and say take it or leave it. I mean you can, but there will be reactions.

fyi, I've tried parasite cleansing. in fact, I've tried just about everything possible other than not eating at all. I do feel it is tied to stress which does wear down the immune system. I've been kinda stressed my whole life and I think it just built up to this point and I don't know how to turn it off.

I started parasite cleansing last June. It has taken me a while to see improvements because I realise from the symptoms that I have had them for a long time. And I think it has been harder to get rid of them because of a weak liver and poor immune system. When you start cleansing parasites the odour may get worse for a while because when they die they release a lot of toxins like yeast and bacteria which is hard on the body especially if your liver wasn't working well to begin with and you have a low immune system. Things that helped me with the die-off was taking milk thistle which helps cleanse the liver and activated charcoal (always two hours away from food and supplements) which absorb toxins and give the liver less work to do. Also doing castor oil flushes (look it up on the castor oil forum) or Liver Flushes about a week after a parasite cleanse help get rid of the toxins. The other thing that has helped with the odour recently is taking Apple Cider Vinegar (it has to be raw ACV like Braggs and not the grocery store kind). I used ACV in the past before I started cleansing parasites and it always made it worse. I realise now that it is because ACV detoxifies the body and liver as well as helps to kill parasites. At that point the toxin load in my system must have been really high so the odour got worse as my body struggled to get rid of the toxins the ACV was releasing. The fact that I can use it now and it doesn’t make things worse tells me that I have come a long way in getting rid of a lot of the parasites and their toxins.
If you do decide to try a parasite cleanse, I recommend Humaworm (have a look at the Humaworm forum) not only because it is a good product that a lot of people swear by, but because the advice he gives on his forum has always been consistent.
When I started parasite cleansing I was not sure I had parasites but decided to try it anyway as most of those cleanses also help get rid of candida which I knew I had for sure. I only realised that I had parasites when I experienced twitching muscles and biting sensations during the cleanse.
If you put the word parasite in the search field in the top right hand corner of this page, you will see that other people on this forums odour was caused by parasites.
