The FDA and Homemade Herbal Formulas

Hello fellow Natural Healing friends! I wish to start making my own herbal formulas and offer them to the public, but I am unsure as to FDA rules and regulations regarding making such things for resale. Does my kitchen have to be FDA approved? hahahaha. But seriously, I see so many forums here on CureZone where herbalists and the like make and sell their homemade formulas, tinctures, salves, ect. Surely someone has a link to information, or perhaps since there are homemade formulas being sold by the owner of this forum, the owner themselves could shed a little light on this question?

Those of us who wish to help others and have similar questions would be very thankful for answers.
