It's EZ for anyone to test "C" & acids for themselves

Ask any NAET practitioner and kineseologist, and they'll tell you there's all sorts of intolerances, including Acid & Calcium intolerances.

Furthermore, people who tend to get adult acne, can have themselves tested for various foods (including ascorbic acid) via the more reliable QXCI, and see what the QXCI yields.

But not everyone can afford the above, and its practitioners aren't always trustworthy.

So, I address this to anyone who gets reactions to chelation,
and also to anyone who tends to get adult Acne and/or chronic colds, sore throats, stomach pains, fibro-pain & migraine:

Instead of taking MY word for it, just test for yourselves.

Try chelating **without** Vitamin C and see what happens.
Then try chelating **with** Vitamin C and see what happens.
OR:

Don't chelate, but rather merely take alot of Vitamin C, and see if you get any reactions.
Next:
Abstain for about a month from extreme acids such as Citric/Ascorbic acid (or any other acids which you suspect may cause problems such as pineapple, kiwi, other sourish fruit). Additionally: Minimize potato chips (which have solanine and are also a concentrated form of starch - which is inflammatory). Additionally: Minimize chocolate, though chocolate cake should be OK, since it contains eggs which counteract inflammation.
Then see what happens.

BUT ALSO:
Avoid saturated dairy fats and concentrated starches (such as corn starch, modified food starch, and NON-WATER-LOGGED potatoes), and pizza, milk chocolate, dairy-ice-cream-which-contains-starch-or-high-fat, licorice.
Especially avoid the combo of saturated [dairy] fats and starches.

Then see what happens.

But keep a faithful log of foods ingested during that period. If you have problems, report back, stating the exact foods you ate, and we'll take it from there.

Believe me, I'm not saying this off the top of my head, but rather from extensive personal experience - unlike many practitioners who haven't a clue, since they haven't been actual EXPERIENCERS.
