hey thanks for the info.. had no idea that caffeine was worse than other drugs...lol... I should be dead before now !.. I used to pop 4 200mg vivarins at a time and wash it down with a mtn dew... or even worse take the ephedrine pills and chase em down with alcohol for the ultimate good feeling ... I would go through a bottle of 30 in a few days ..thats insane!! no wonder my body got so screwed up huh? along with eating very little and junk at that I got down to 130 pounds on my 5 ft 10inch frame and looked like a bone!

 you are right on needing a crutch to get through cause I sure do.. I want to be able to swap these vitamins I am taking for something better for me.. I got  the women to women program and it has literally taken away my anxiety as long as I take em 2x day ...thats why I am able to tolerate caffeine now ya see. those vitamins have made me feel more normal than I have in a long time and they are my biggest crutch right now .. but I dont know what is in em that does that for me but I am gonna take em till I find something else that works for me..they are posed to be pure but I dunno..

 sometimes I think I have chronic fatigue which falls back down to parasite/liver cleanse cause they think its actually caused by a virus now!

its taking me a while to type this cause I have to get up and take a break cause of my hand.. I am making me some white willow bark tea for inflammation to see what happens..hope I can tolerate it so wish me luck..

my EFT tapping phrase is : even though I am a stubborn ass I will do what it takes to fully and completely heal myself....   HAH! hows that one ?? ;) winks

 I have already done it once today ..lol..believe it or not..for 5 minutes though.

well thats one anyways.. gotta think of some more though

I now know that not everything put on this earth is for ingesting

that was a light bulb moment for me ..and I know that I need to cleanse more this year until I am better..need to get back into the once daily CE's too.

 and yeah I am always looking for other solutions or more solutions...lol ..ya caught me...ya caught the tater.....  :)

but I will be successful ! YAY!
