I know I was able to tolerate a small amount of superfood at one time but it was too small of an amount to really give me any energy ...lol. but not anymore and my chest would get really tight and my bp would shoot up and well just like everything else I try that backfires on me..

thats great that you have cut back on excedrin like that.. congrats to ya..I used to take goody powders and excedrin and a bunch of other stuff too..but not on a reg ba

what is your take on gluten intolerence?? and do you think that wheat grass or barley grass has anything to do with it??? does it have gluten??? it is wheat isnt it?? just immature wheat right? I read that Liver Cleansing can help with that though.. I am overdue for it I know..
just had a lot going on ..getting ready for new furniture that came today ..still gotta paint the office room and monthly 3day trips to florida dont help.plus work and all the other stuff to do round here.. my my ..Willow I sure hope I can wrap my head round this real soon..haha..and its soon gonna be time for garden!! oh my..

I know ya'll care bout me and I really appreciate it a whole bunch..nice to know that it really is. I can get on here and read bout others and their struggles and it makes mine look small ..believe me I am not complaining ....my life is pretty good ..no complaints here...LOL.but I want it to better this year health wise anyways..I have come a long way I think last 2 years since meeting Uny ..she has helped me a lot ..got off the benzos,bp meds,ppi"s ..didnt think I ever would do it but I did.. I am currently uninsurable though ..cause my chart says I still got high bp which I dont now and fatty liver..which I wonder how bad that is now since doing some cleansing.. darned insurance companies !!they really get to me sometimes...I know people worse shape than me that get insurance cause they havent had testing to prove a bunch of stuff like I did...I guess what they dont know wont hurt you huh???? so shame on me for getting tests run for more reasons than one huh??? I dont need their dang insurance anyways I got my own ..Its called Uny insurance!! LOL.. yep she got everything to fix me up in her store ..
I think God puts people in your life for a reason and I am grateful for you guys and gals .
