confused and wondering...can someone help please?
WOW! great info Uny..didnt mean to get anything fluffed up on here but was just interested :)
maybe someone can shed some light my confusion for me
I fortunately have mixed up emotions on natural caffeine myself.. if God put it here it must be good for something right? Please help me understand cause I am very confused..:(
I know that if I didnt drink caffeine to get me going then I would literally lie on the couch and nothing would get done at all . I mean when the laundry piles up and supper has to made and a million other things sometimes it is a necessity for me .
I know I have got to get healthy this year and lose this weight too that is draggin me down..and exercise but I have got to feel like getting off my butt to do something to begin with before it will get done..
take this morning for instance ..I got up and didnt feel like doing anything ..so later on I gave in and drank a glass of iced coffee and I felt like a million bucks.. went and run errands ,was in high gear and ready to run a marathon if I had too.. that was great energy and I am still going and that was over 6hrs ago.
personally I think that schulzes formula would have way too much caffeine in it for me cause I do limit myself to one cup of coffee or a glass of tea daily sometimes 2 and sometimes none at all.but I thought tea was good for you? all the tannins and polyphenols in it thats supposed to prevent cancer right??? thought coffee was good for you too with all the antioxidents?? Yerba Mate is also posed to be very good for you (so they say)..having more antioxidents than green tea/black tea and coffee combined?
I know that gingko gives me a headache every single time and I dont know why so schulzes formula is out for me( I made a tea outta the gingko I got from mtn rose)...can anyone else tell me why it does this?
what are some alternative to caffeine for energy when needed in say like my case ?
also I know this is off topic but I have a question about gluten intolerence..
I havent been eating any gluten till last night ..had some whole wheat bread and also had some today ..well I noticed the numbness has come back in my left hand .I read somewhere that being gluten sensitive can cause nerve damage? is this true and could all this be related to gluten? I have been readin up on it and have some of the sx's and I absolutely cannot lose any weight while ingesting it instead my belly bloats out and I feel/look like I am 8 months pregnant..LOL I am gonna lay off it for another few days and see what happens ..up until then I really havent had any problems worth mentioning with the numbness but this is really getting to my nerve not knowing what is going on and I am looking at all angles here.. the chiro did get me fixed up for a bit and I think he is leaning more towards my neck having a pinched nerve but at this point I really dont know.
hope ya'll can help me with all this confusion
thanks and BIG hugs
