I would highly recommend it and no other. This realy works right, no if about it. I have searched high and low to find a true thing, and this combination of foods, juice worked the minute I thought about starting and then the healing started. It dissolves scar tissue. I cannot wait for that to happen, I had a lump in my groin area from teen years and it has shrunk already and I have not even started the whole diet yet. I have just started to do what I can as I go. About two weeks now. I only started with the enemas, what a miraculous cleansing thing. I was vegan for a long time and both my brothers who are younger than me by 2 and 3 years looked 10 15 years older than I. Now this diet should take my horrid Acne scars from my pre teen years and young adult massive attacks of acne. There is a video on U-tube a Gerson Training for home care helpers. It gives you everything step by step, I would try to buy the work book after you find the video teaching series 1 of 7. There are other videos on U-tube but they do not give detailed info like this 7 part one does. Its with Margaret Gerson the grand daughter I think, and she is sitting in like a motel seminar room. She explains lots of detail. The most important thing is the right type of juicer two part system. If you just did the juicing and the enemas you would not have to do the rest of all of it.
