I don't know whether you are still looking or have purchased something. But I thought I'd share a bit of my experience- I have the same gene (or some version of it), and a serious problem with systemic inflammation from mold (bio)toxins. Years of digestive weirdness, candida, and suspected parasites, among other symptoms.

I don't have the whole answer for you, but I can tell you what has been helpful for me. I started with gentle colon cleanses, but a company called "blessed herbs." (blessedherbs.com). Then when I felt strong enough, I started doing their parasite cleanses as well (they recommend doing 3 consecutively, with a few weeks break in between.) These also felt helpful.

Towards the end of the 3rd one, a friend gave me a "terminator 2" zapper (by Don croft, at world without parasites.com). I tried this, and within several days found that I had to go off an antidepressant medication I'd been taking for years (a minir miracle). I've had good digestion since beginning to use it, and no sign of candida(!). I use it a few hours at night every few days, for a couple of months now.

What I like about the T2 zapper is that is is gentle- the milder current gives less extreme detox reaction. And it is built with a special crystal matrix which to me feels very harmonious to my body. (It costs just over $100, depending where you buy it from.)
