Follow your instincts. You will experience various forms of detox as you go along, it's up to you how to handle it. Pulsing the dose is a good idea IMO(5 days on, 2 off, 4 on, 3 off or whatever:) Gives the bod a chance to catch up.
Iodine journey is generally a long one. Fibroids are symptomatic of body-wide deficiency... so pace it in a way that is comfortable for you.
Detox comes in waves.
BTW, I don't think that that Iodine supplement is BAD, it has as much Iodine as iodoral, I just think that the way that it's formulated is ineffective as far as companion nutrients go...
