Thanks for this info.
Been taking the Lugols on an empty stomach, first thing in the am, however, in a glass or two of water. Would this be considered on an "empty stomach" or does it need to be done pure. Think I read "somewhere" on the forum that it should not be done neat.
Pl clarify and THANKS in advance!
