Let the energy flow through. It's when we resist we get problems. Then just try and observe those thoughts as they show up. Have you ever tried EFT or related things? Can be quite helpful for many people, especially emotional things. it may help you clean up the memory field. It's kind of like raking and weeding the inner garden.
A good cry can be useful and so can some good old laughter. Similar release.
Perhaps some funny stuff on youtube is in order. And when stuff shows up there are many ways to rewire the code from TAT, EFT to various metaphor work as well as NLP.
Also take some time and really think what jazzes you. What is that big dream? Spend lots of time thinking about it. Surf the internet with that in mind and look for things that accent it. Before you go to bed place yourself in a scenario with you doing it. Don;t see yourself do it. Be there and be doing it. Do that every night as you fall asleep.
I guarantee that will transform your life in major ways.
