Oh about it not being fast or easy...well see this is the thing...I only want to do a cleanse for a month..maybe close to two monts if I do the CoQEnzyme regimen as well. Then I want to get started on my vitamins. I'm trying to get a cleaner slate inside before I take a ton of vitamins again...I want to get everything out of them that I can. My biggest fear is seeing the actual worms...waking up noticing that worm has crawled out of an orifice...the worms getting stuck in my bum..."scattering"/the issue getting worse after cleansing...and the worm clogging the toilet. I also don't want to use the bathroom at my job while this is going on...and I wonder if there is a way for them to give me a month off. I live with people...and the fear of that if I do the cleanse and they don't (which they are not), I will just re-infect myself all over again. I don't think I have a MAJOR problem with parasites at all...but then again I could be wrong. I KNOW I have something though.
