Did any of you actually went as far as to remove your silver fillings if you have them? I've had them for over 10 years because at the time my mother decided to get them since they were cheaper. *Roll Eyes.* I've always read that cilantro was very good and I know people cook with it but had no idea that it could be a very unpleasant experience if you are using it for chelation purposes. As far garlic, I sometimes cook with...and have used it raw in vinaigrettes but just eating it straight? <----I can't imagine...not to mention the smell comes straight through your pores.
