Nice theory but too bad water is not fluoridated with fluoride. It is fluoridated with hexafluosilicate, which has different solubility, absorption, and physical properties characteristics than the fluoride ion. Going after the wrong ion doesn't make much sense to me.

CH in water will form precipitates from the carbon dioxide present in the water and CO2 absorbed from the air. In the fourth grade, the Science teacher made us blow through a straw into a limewater solution, to turn it murky from CaCO3 precipitation, which makes this 4th grade Science in my experience.
