Fluoride can be precipitated out by the use of lime water too.

You get a flaky precipitate... fluorspar/fluorite/calcium fluoride.

if you have fluoridated water where you live... you can try it... and produce the solid flakes easy enough with the right ratios... then just filter the solids out.
