One has to wonder if this environmental exposure to fluoride, among other things, is a driving force behind finding us in need of calcium and/or magnesium nutritionally...

I use lime water in my Epsom Salt Baths... to precipitate the fluoride.

The thread above says calcium chloride used together with the lime is better.

I have not looked into it beyond this... however, what about magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia) and magnesium chloride (nigari flakes)?

people are probably already doing it without even knowing it :-)

tricalcium phosphate is used too... among other things.

in the diet, soluble tricalcium phosphate in raw milk (dairy) works... boiled or pasteurized milk though causes the calcium and phosphates to become insoluble.

that is just one of many reasons that "pasteurization" has done us in...
