The cuts of meat sold in supermarkerts are getting leaner and leaner, we're told that saturated fats cause heart attacks so people have limited their sat.fat intake or even cut meat completely from their diet, and yet heart attacks are still on the rise.
Inuits and other tribes eat nothing but meat and coronary diseases are unknown in their culture. etc, etc. As soon as these people are introduced to a SAD diet and eat much less meat, they start having health problems.
