i did a food allergy test and ate foods i did not test sensitive to such as chicken , butter beans , pears and the others i listed.

chicken was actually the only meat i did not test sensitive to so it was a no brainer.

milk is one of my worser allergies , butter isnt so bad , cheese is alot worse.milk itself usually makes me drowsy and like you say extra mucous etc.
