I'm following a diet high in meat and "good" saturated fats (not cooked ones)like butter, duck fat, palm oil (non hydrogenated), lard... and my symptoms (constipation, fibromyalgia, headaches, sinus problems, and more) are improving day by day. I have more energy, and so psychologically it's better too to feel FINALLY an improvement, after years of diet with no fats blabla. Here it works!
High protein, high fat, and carbs only from vegetables. Works for me. I also drink milk kefir, and some water kefir.
