Re: Need more Suggestions for improving circulation to legs
LOL, I get bodywork all the time, I'm married to one! I'm a very lucky girl. He does mostly zero balancing and craniosacral work on me in recent years, though. Jin Shin Do (I think that's how it's spelled) on my legs in particular, and I should let him do accupuncture, but I hate his needling technique, it's really painful. Foot reflexology is not so much his forte, but he could do it, and I should be doing it on myself more than currently. I'm less targeted in my approach, more like an overall foot massage or rolling around on a golf ball. He's kind of done with his massage days, but maybe if I ask nicely...
I work on my legs every day, skin brushing, yoga stuff to reverse circulation (put em up on the wall, lately every 45 min.), and massaging them at night - hands and also this really intense massager I bought at a back store, that thing is actually almost too much, it's better for tight shoulders.
Sometimes my legs and feet feel ridiculously cold, can't warm em up (and that could be partly a thyroid thing), but I think the increased cayenne tincture is helping. Except it's giving me a sore throat and really flying out the other end, the taco butt is not fun. I'll keep doing it for now if it's helping circulation, though. I downloaded the timer for the computer so I have no excuse now to forget to get up. My breaks are mainly 5-10 min. on the tramp and legs on the wall.
