Sorry not to answer sooner, I keep getting blocked by the curezone glitch and cannot post for a few days at a time until I get unblocked again.

I take about 1 and a half to 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts . I've even taken slightly more maybe an hour or so later with water.

If you can't have oil try a couple tablespoons of Soy Lecithin Granules as that seems to help the stones slide out.
