The old protocol recommended a person to reach 15 drops a day.
Now the protocol says to do 1-2 drops every couple of hours.
This way, you do not just have a single massive dose, but constant doses throughout the day which keeps it fresh in your system.
The general rule of thumb with ingesting chlorine dioxide is that if you feel fatigued, take a smaller dose.
My max on the old protocol was 6 drops.
5 drops and I was fine. The 6th drop took me through hell and back (vomiting, extreme nausea and diarrhea).
