Re: Congested liver after MMS. Help appreciated

my situation at the moment is so bad, whatever the epson salts do is a welcome relief. I feel them dilating my bile ducts and my system coming 'on-line' again.

Yesterday and today i can barely function. It's an effort just to go from one room to another. I feel heavy, my breathing is labourious, my mind is dull and slow. I figure if this happens less than a week after liver flushing, i don't see the harm in flushing weekly instead of fortnightly. My bile becomes sludge within 24hrs after it is emptied with a flush. 2wks is an eternity.

Just did 3tsp SWF. My theory is a clean colon can't hurt. Less crap for the body to carry.
