liver probs is going to mean some nasty bacteria are swamping the system, systemic candida etc, along with the larger parasites.

there are some products that are recommended for thorough thorough colon cleansing, but i'm holding off until i've gotten my liver/gallbladder back on track because that is more pressing right now.

haven't done a salt water cleanse, but i've done plenty of stuff for my colon - countless colonics, rounds of Oxypowder type cleanser. will have a read about it.

taking the Epsom Salts with the more standard type of Liver Flush is HORRIBLE though, very dehydrating.

getting a water distiller in this week too, been meaning to get onto that for a while. pure, pure water draws toxins out and anything else is just extra work for the liver. Tweet
