Re: Coffee Enemas Pre Cleanse.
Hi Chris,
Good link with a lot of good information, so thank you :).
Unless i missed something, the following questions were not specifically addressed in the literature. Was hoping to get your opinion on these.
1. What do we think of
coffee enemas in the pre-cleanse period leading to a fast (but not once the water-only fast has begun)?
To this question, i would assume it is a good thing and a good time to do them, but hoping for specific confirmation on this.
2. How many days would we ideally do them?
I have seen widely varying recommendations on this question, from once a week to 4 times per day every day for 4 months (i believe this was Gerson's cancer treatment protocol). But i have also read that it depletes mineral salts.
3. Is a course consisting of 2 single 2 cup segments a day 4 hours apart, every pre-cleanse day the ideal?
I have seen "do a 2 cup
coffee enema followed immediately by another 2 cups".... and "do a 2 cup enema, wait 4-5 hours, then do another one, the 2nd one 4 hours later to clear the colon after the first one sent the toxins into the small intestine."
4. How valuable would we consider them to be, say compared to a day of water fasting... and might they accomplish anything at all that
Water Fasting would not?
I ask this because maybe i wouldn't want to go through the trouble if 2 hours of fasting will do as much as a coffee enema, but i get the feeling it is well worth it.
Thank you again,
Mighty Sun Tzu.
