One thing, that i mentioned is my chronic Vitamin D shortage. i think it is a major player in what i have.
i got some questions.

every time i try to take a probiotic, even if it is on the count of 800million or 1 billion, i get bloating and gas, as you mention, and i stop taking it in 1-2 days because of those symptoms. this time, i will be more patient.
Also, is Sour Dough Bread ok to eat if someone has Candida?
