Whoa. Don't know what it is. Looks kind of like an ascaris, but I thought they were always white. Whatever it is it's no doubt not the only one. Probably you have other kinds of parasites too. Sounds like maybe the cloves made it come out. How interesting.

Whatever it is, in a way it may not matter. You need to do parasite cleansing. Apparently everyone does.
