If you didn't find it after a bowel movement, and it was alive and wiggling in toilet bowl, it probably didn't come out of you. I'm not normally a skeptic, but there was another worm that someone had found in the toilet bowl like that (not after a bowel movement).

The Ascaris that you find the pictures of online, aren't usually what they look like when they come out. Humaworm has posts about that too. Most of them come out dark brown/stained and partially digested.
