oh wow. Not sure if it's an intestinal worm or some sort of parasite or not. I've never seen one that looks like that. I suppose it could make it's way into your toilet, but that seems a bit far-fetched. Although, my grandma had a snake crawl into her toilet once. I suppose that if it is some sort of intestinal parasite, then it's better to be safe than sorry and do a cleanse.
I, personally, will do a parasite cleansing at least once a year anyways. Here's the parasite cleansing instructions that I followed with success. But there are other instructions out there. Good luck!
