I forgot to say I have had the condition for so long, I have very little spots now, as I have very little hair...but my scalp is just a big hideous scar today as you can see on this pic:

I have very little hair...but even what I have left is doomed to go away as in addition to folliculitis decalvans, I discovered I had a regular hair loss, the type that starts with the temples and moves downward until your are a bald head:

My wig makes me look almost normal in a picture or from far, but unfortunately, I think it is visible when people have a close look:

It all strated with a few spots a few years ago. If I could avoid that to anyone, I would love to. Research on that condition is so poor and so slow, I believe we have to do it ourselves.
