Thanks for both of your suggestions. I will keep them both in mind. I might just try the omega 3 or DHA first with a plant based diet, and see how that works. I have severe depression. I guess I will have to see.
I tried eating lentils today without salt and it tasted better than I thought, so I will do a week of fasting maybe after the holidays are finally over.
