For me, exercise and a plant based diet were sufficient.

The idea is to try a plant based diet first, and see. Remember Dr Campbell's 8th Principle:

"Good nutrition creates health in all areas of our existence"

Don't forget sunshine also. Not a lot of that around right now though, if you are in the Northern Hemisphere.
