Two Tapeworm Proglottids placed inside an Echinoparyphium recurvatum. If you want to resolve the argument of whether this is a skin of a tomato or bell pepper, don't eat any over the course of a few days. Or, don't ingest the skin. Or, cut up the tomatoes, including the skins into very small pieces. When the E. recurvatum appear in your stool, you will have your answer. These are parasites, not undigested tomato skins.
The two on the right are called: Fasciolopsis buski.
