What are these parasites i found?

Firstly this is kind of gross so dont' read on if you're easily grossed out.

I just completed my first liver flush. I found about 30 of these things that look like liver flukes. I did however eat tomatos nights ago so i'm not sure. Most looked like a straw that you can unroll.

Inside the fluke/tomato skin i have placed two white blobs. I found about 20 of them as well.

Next to it, I placed two things that appear to be some sort of egg. They are kind of hard, but if you squeeze them hard enough with you nails, a white thing comes sliding out of it.

Can anyone identify what they are please.
