 Seems like a bargain, but I hope it really does work enough to produce ozonated water that will be benefical to drink? How long do you ozonate the water for? Also, how does it taste?

A glass of water should be ozonated about 10-15 minutes.  To improve saturation make sure the water is cold.  Also use a very fine diffuser.  Not the stone diffusers that come with the units.  If you check the aquarium section of stores there are plastic diffusers about an inch and half long and about a quarter inch round.  These work great. Make sure they have the hose attachment piece with them.  Sometimes they are attached and sometimes they are sold separately.  Wood diffusers for protein skimmers are even better, but harder to find.  These will increase the surface area giving a better reaction between the water and ozone.  Make sure the diffuser sits in the glass at the bottom again so the bubbles have more contact time.  And drink the water right away after you finish ozonating it.

It is hard to describe the taste, but it is not bad.
