  I don't know about those things Cora, but I eat bee pollen because Hv said it's good and not to worry about jelly or anything else. 

 

Royal jelly has its place, and can help with hormones and some other conditions.  But as I pointed out in my last post you need to use freeze dried royal jelly.  It is highly unstable in the presence of water, which includes the water in honey.

What is IP6? 

 

Inositol hexaphosphate (phytic acid), which is the compound that so many people falsely believe robs your body of nutrients.  Especially anti-soy proponents.  Phytic acid is also found in grains, but does not rob the body of nutrients.  I discuss this here:
