Re: Florastor AND probiotic bacteria

What does "in vivo" mean? And if probiotics don't implant, what is the point of taking them...? Is it to create a friendly bacterial atmosphere for your individual GI tract bacteria to grow? I'm curious what makes one person's GI tract better than the other in terms of bacteria if there is no implanting. Ah!
